Key Responsibilities
- Assist assigned Producer with data management and customer support
- Facilitate client introductions to implementation services and manage carrier implementation
- Provide mentorship and training to new team members on processes and systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry preferred
- Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and systems
- Active life and health license required
