Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Automation Manager to drive customer engagement and retention through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement, conversion, and retention
- Design and manage multi-channel lifecycle programs, including email, in-app messaging, and SMS
- Analyze customer data to recommend improvements and monitor campaign performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing with a focus on revenue and customer engagement
- 5+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or financial services
- 3+ years of experience with Marketo for audience segmentation and dynamic content
- 3+ years of international digital and/or email marketing experience
