Mainframe Systems Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mainframe Systems Programmer, DB2.

Key Responsibilities

• Support DB2 for clients, including maintenance and upgrades
• Perform Client Onboarding, Migrations, and end-to-end server builds
• Engage in testing and monitoring of DB2 workloads after upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a z/OS environment
• Technical implementation skills for DB2 on zOS and related ISV software
• Experience with SMP/E for installation and maintenance of DB2
• Proficiency in interacting with ISV vendors for problem resolution
• Experience supporting DB2 zOS from a Systems or DBA perspective
