Key Responsibilities
- Oversee department operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, managing KPIs, production standards, and quality reviews
- Manage staffing, budget expectations, and mentor staff while acting as a backup for supervisor roles
- Address client concerns and escalations, coordinating with various partners to optimize workflow
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Recent management or supervisory experience in hospital-based denials and appeals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and data analysis
- Leadership skills to mentor and support team members
