Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facilities Analyst to perform complex analytical duties related to facility operations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate, plan, track, and document facilities maintenance activities
- Maintain communication with the client's helpdesk and work order database to support operations
- Review and develop responses to construction, repair, and renovation project documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management
- Experience in maintenance, construction, and property operation preferred
- CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred
- Industry certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) recommended
