Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator Population Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program operations workflows, addressing process issues and identifying improvement opportunities
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for CP programs, resolving errors and technical issues
• Facilitate communication between departments and manage project timelines and progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in program operations and/or project management or equivalent education and experience
• Experience with the MassHealth Community Partners Program is preferred
