Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, support operations, threat intelligence, or fraud prevention, with 2+ years managing teams of eight or more
• Demonstrated ability to establish processes and scale operations in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience in setting and tracking KPIs and SLAs
• Proven record of designing quality assurance programs and repeatable operational workflows
• Quick learner with exposure to threat intelligence or security operations
