Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of pricing strategy and ensure operational adoption across hospitals
• Conduct pricing and margin analyses to identify risks and opportunities, and track KPIs for effectiveness
• Lead a team of pricing analysts while collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure pricing actions align with financial performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis, preferably in the service industry
• Hands-on experience with pricing systems and practice management software
• Demonstrated ability to implement strategies in a large, complex organization
• Experience leading small teams and balancing strategic priorities with tactical execution
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accountability
