Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Team Lead - DME Billing: Adjustments/Refunds.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the Revenue Cycle team, ensuring compliance and optimal results
• Train and monitor productivity of team members to meet service level agreements
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and manage timely responses to clients and departments

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent job experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in HME/DME
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance billing guidelines
• Strong supervisory skills in leadership and team development
• Experience with Brightree, Microsoft Office, and database software
