A company is looking for a Capability Manager for Payment Integrity, responsible for managing product-related activities and ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end coordination and alignment for product-related activities
- Drive business work within the Agile process and translate features into user stories
- Provide oversight of release activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational needs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in leading business/operational activities related to application implementations/development
- 3+ years of experience with Agile processes, including user story development
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, specifically in payment integrity or claims
- Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to drive process mapping and solution discussions with cross-functional teams
