A company is looking for a People & Places (PPL) Planning Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement planning operating rhythms, norms, and practices for effective program design and delivery
• Identify and recommend solutions for continual improvement in program planning and execution
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure successful change adoption

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in operational planning and program management
• Prior experience in implementing organizational planning rhythms
• Data-driven decision maker with analytical thinking skills
• Experience managing complex projects in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated capability of leading with indirect authority
