Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming work orders and provide customer support
- Establish vendor partnerships and coordinate dispatch for work orders
- Efficiently handle multi-channel communication and maintain accurate data management
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
