Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain lease information and data in technology systems, ensuring proper document management
- Conduct audits of financial obligations, resolving discrepancies with landlords and ensuring timely rent processing
- Communicate with internal and external partners regarding lease terms, critical dates, and general inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in business, finance/real estate, or accounting
- Ability to understand and interpret complex real estate lease terminology
- Working knowledge of financial terms
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
