Job Summary

A company is looking for a Records Management professional responsible for overseeing leased and owned property documents and maintaining critical location data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain lease information and data in technology systems, ensuring proper document management
  • Conduct audits of financial obligations, resolving discrepancies with landlords and ensuring timely rent processing
  • Communicate with internal and external partners regarding lease terms, critical dates, and general inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in business, finance/real estate, or accounting
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex real estate lease terminology
  • Working knowledge of financial terms
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
