Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage systems to capture and monitor progress against network measures
• Lead monitoring workstreams to ensure accountability to organizational goals and implement process improvements
• Analyze data and synthesize insights to inform leadership decisions and create effective communications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in an education system (district, CMO)
• Experience with academic monitoring and data systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Baseline knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is encouraged to apply
