A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage systems to capture and monitor progress against network measures
- Lead monitoring workstreams to ensure accountability to organizational goals and implement process improvements
- Analyze data and synthesize insights to inform leadership decisions and create effective communications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in an education system (district, CMO)
- Experience with academic monitoring and data systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Baseline knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is encouraged to apply
