A company is looking for a Fraud Operations Specialist (Weekend Days).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time claim reviews for potential fraud/abuse cases and provide feedback for risk models
- Make independent decisions on customer risk scores and recommend claims approvals or denials
- Perform fraud investigations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud detection processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct Fraud/Abuse Operations experience, preferably in eCommerce
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Subject Matter Expertise in fraud concepts and prevention best practices
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and office software like Excel and Google Suite
- Ability to perform due diligence investigations and make evidence-based decisions
