Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Rebates and Interconnection to oversee projects within the Home Energy System division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage utility applications, rebate reservations, and SREC/VPP enrollment
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors while streamlining rebate and interconnection processes
• Build and lead a team of specialists to ensure efficient submission of rebate and interconnection applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in solar system design and engineering
• Demonstrated solar sales skills and results
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proven leadership and team development abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in high-growth environments
