Senior Manager of Virtual Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Virtual Practice Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize infrastructure, processes, and performance of virtual clinical practice
• Oversee licensing & credentialing, revenue cycle management, billing & coding, and virtual visit performance
• Lead strategic planning, resource forecasting, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of operations experience in healthcare, with at least 3 years managing managers
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations, especially licensing, credentialing, and revenue cycle management
• Experience in scaling environments and establishing or rebuilding processes
• Strong project management skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Proven ability to develop managers and build high-performing teams
