Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Presale Operations (American Heritage).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations within the Presale business area, ensuring timely and accurate responses to RFP and Proposal requests
- Coordinate workflows and support proposal development in collaboration with Underwriting, Actuary, and Sales teams
- Track and analyze operational data to monitor capacity and output, generating reports on customer trends
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of leadership experience, with a background in quoting/RFP management
- Experience with Life & Supplemental Health products is preferred
- Strong knowledge of process improvement and change management techniques
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Adobe Pro; experience with data analytics and PowerBI preferred
