Manager, Presale Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Presale Operations (American Heritage).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations within the Presale business area, ensuring timely and accurate responses to RFP and Proposal requests
• Coordinate workflows and support proposal development in collaboration with Underwriting, Actuary, and Sales teams
• Track and analyze operational data to monitor capacity and output, generating reports on customer trends

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of leadership experience, with a background in quoting/RFP management
• Experience with Life & Supplemental Health products is preferred
• Strong knowledge of process improvement and change management techniques
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Adobe Pro; experience with data analytics and PowerBI preferred
