- Build and maintain relationships with local partners and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the Miami market
- Track market performance metrics and provide insights to HQ leadership for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in operations, logistics, hospitality, mobility, or marketplace businesses
- Proven ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with full ownership
- Strong relationship-building and partnership development skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred; local Miami knowledge required
- Hands-on operator mindset with a willingness to solve problems directly
