Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator to support various events and enhance engagement within a fast-paced marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of approximately 30 events annually, including tradeshows and webinars
- Coordinate logistics, manage vendor communication, and assist with event registration and on-site planning
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotion for all events
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in event planning or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing various types of events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when required
