A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist - LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, test, and deploy marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms
- Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of marketing data within CRM and marketing automation systems
- Support monthly and ad hoc marketing performance reporting and campaign analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, or relevant internship/work experience
- Strong interest in marketing technology, data analytics, and digital marketing operations
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs or marketing automation
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized; eager to learn and take initiative
- Experience in project management using a lite-agile approach
