A company is looking for a Military Education Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and academic advising to students, promoting educational services at military installations
- Maintain proficiency with CRM systems and support outreach projects and events for military and civilian installations
- Coordinate testing services and ensure compliance with testing rules and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
- One year of customer service experience, preferably in higher education
- Ability to proficiently use MS Office Products
- Experience working with military or military students is preferred
- General knowledge of higher education practices and procedures is preferred
