Job Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct outbound calls to international prospects and follow up on leads
✅ Handle inquiries and schedule appointments for clients across different time zones
✅ Maintain organized records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM
✅ Provide professional and engaging customer service to international clients
✅ Work closely with the client to develop and implement sales strategies

➡️ Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus)
➡️ Fluent and articulate in English (both written and spoken) with a neutral accent
➡️ Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred
➡️ Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
➡️ Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales automation software is a plus
➡️ Ability to adapt to different cultures and communicate effectively with global clients
➡️ Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn

➡️ Ability to Work Evenings, bi-shift, and weekends when required
