Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex NextGen EHR, EDR, and Document Management system tickets
• Communicate effectively with members to ensure timely and thorough resolution
• Document ticket activity and collaborate across departments to close tickets efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 5+ years of experience in Computer Science or Healthcare IT
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting NextGen applications
• NextGen Certified Professional (NCP)
