Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Campaign & Design Specialist to support the North America Strategic Analytics & Insights commercial teams. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in sales, marketing, or communications who is eager to grow their skills in campaign management, demand generation, and sales enablement. 
You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and content teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns, support lead generation, and ensure the sales team has the tools and materials they need to succeed. Key responsibilities include MQL management, CRM contact list distribution, tracking email bounce rates, and managing Salesloft cadences. While design skills are helpful, a greater focus of this role is on campaign coordination, messaging, and leveraging tools like Salesloft and Power BI to monitor performance and drive results. 
Key Responsibilities 
1. Sales Campaign Coordination 

  • Help create and manage outbound sales campaigns using Salesloft. 
  • Work with marketing and content teams to align messaging and audience targeting. 
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and making improvements based on results. 

2. Sales Enablement Support 

  • Assist in creating and updating sales decks, one-pagers, and outreach templates. 
  • Customize sales materials for specific client needs or market segments along with the insights team. 
  • Ensure materials are up-to-date, easy to use, and aligned with branding. 

3. Collaboration & Communication 

  • Work with marketing, sales, and insights teams to support ongoing initiatives. 
  • Participate in planning internal meetings to help coordinate execution of campaign tasks. 
  • Provide support on cross-functional projects as needed. 

4. Sales Tools & Reporting 

  • Use Salesloft to manage outreach and track engagement. 
  • Help maintain campaign dashboards in Power BI or similar tools. 
  • Assist in gathering campaign data and reporting on key metrics. 

5. Light Design Support  

  • Make updates to sales materials using PowerPoint or Adobe tools. 
  • Support branding consistency across client-facing materials. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a related field. 
  • Comfortable using tools like Salesloft, Power BI, or similar platforms (training provided). 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 
  • Familiarity with basic design tools like PowerPoint or Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Eager to learn and grow in sales enablement and campaign marketing.
