Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Retail Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate purchases and refinances of home loans while engaging with consumers to determine their needs
• Prepare complete loan packages by obtaining necessary information and maintain communication with clients throughout the loan process
• Develop borrower leads through in-person calls on real estate agents and engage in marketing activities to meet sales goals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry
• Active NMLS license
• Solid understanding of product guidelines
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor
