Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Commissions Analyst to support the sales team by analyzing data related to commissions and payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze weekly sales and commission calculations for payment to sales representatives
  • Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations
  • Create custom reports and provide insights on compensation metrics to sales representatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Payroll, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales compensation administration or financial analysis
  • Prior experience in the payments industry with a strong understanding of sales commission programs
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including advanced functions and pivot tables
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
