Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to support its Sales team as part of the Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM and Operations leadership to identify workflow improvements
- Own reporting and analytics to support the Sales team, providing insights and actionable recommendations
- Develop and optimize sales operations processes and maintain data integrity within SFDC
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations
- Advanced skills with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and other sales technologies
- Strong understanding of Sales KPIs and SaaS performance metrics
- Experience with SFDC CPQ is a significant plus
- Ability to manage administrative tasks and set clear expectations with stakeholders
