A company is looking for a Group Sales Manager, Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively solicit and qualify new group and convention leads through various outreach methods
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners
- Generate and deliver qualified leads to the on-site sales team for further action
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3-5 years of hotel or resort sales experience in the Silicon Valley market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Proven success in proactive sales and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of the Silicon Valley corporate and tech markets
- Proficiency with hotel CRM and sales systems preferred
