Arizona Licensed National Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Account Manager for remote positions in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, or California.

Key Responsibilities

• Support net medical membership growth and account retention through effective service oversight
• Collaborate with Advocacy partners on strategies to enhance customer and client experience
• Develop and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with clients and consultants to leverage company capabilities

Required Qualifications

• College degree or 5+ years of equivalent related experience
• 3+ years in healthcare/managed care business with knowledge of product, underwriting, and account management
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and foster strong working relationships in a matrixed environment
• Active Health and Life Insurance License or ability to obtain it
