Required Qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty Producer License
• 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related area, or relevant experience
• 7+ years in an insurance sales role with team leadership experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
• Demonstrated skills in analytics
