Key Responsibilities
- Manage loan pipeline by assisting Account Executive with file building, condition collection, and loan process communication
- Identify potential business sources for outreach and organize contacts for the assigned Account Executive
- Support loan processes by reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with lending criteria, and maintaining internal systems
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing or a similar role
- NMLS license preferred, but not required
- Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Outlook
- Experience with a Loan Operating System (LOS)
