Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years' experience in enablement, sales, or customer success within fintech or B2B SaaS
- Experience with regulated products and familiarity with compliance frameworks, especially in fintech
- Proven ability to create engaging training programs that enhance team understanding and adoption of fintech solutions
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to improve sales performance
- Strong organizational and project management skills
