Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a sales team, overseeing training, performance management, and work allocation
- Develop and implement strategies for account growth, revenue objectives, and client onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing and client management to identify market needs and create scalable solutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of business development, consulting, or sales experience in the insurance industry
- Active Life & Health and Property & Casualty license required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in life and/or health insurance company, administration, or brokerage preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
