Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Inside Sales Representative (Outbound Call Center) - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners
• Pre-screen potential borrowers and transfer qualified leads to licensed Loan Officers
• Deliver exceptional customer service and set appointments for Loan Officers

Required Qualifications

• Inside or field sales experience preferred
• Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
• Telesales experience preferred
• Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience is a plus
• Must be high-energy, self-motivated, and organized
