Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Account Executive to drive revenue growth and establish sales excellence in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and codify sales playbooks, processes, and best practices for scalability
  • Own the complete sales process from lead qualification to contract signature for new commercial accounts
  • Identify target commercial accounts and collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in professional services or SaaS in renewable energy or related fields
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy project development and delivery processes
  • Proven success in executing account-based sales strategies with Marketing
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets
  • Highly organized and disciplined with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
