Key Responsibilities
- Develop and codify sales playbooks, processes, and best practices for scalability
- Own the complete sales process from lead qualification to contract signature for new commercial accounts
- Identify target commercial accounts and collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in professional services or SaaS in renewable energy or related fields
- Strong understanding of renewable energy project development and delivery processes
- Proven success in executing account-based sales strategies with Marketing
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets
- Highly organized and disciplined with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
