A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Americas Sales to coordinate execution of sales plans and lead operational strategy
- Drive alignment and collaboration across Americas Sales Leaders, supporting them in solving complex challenges
- Deliver actionable analytics and insights across sales, sales engineering, and overlay teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in sales, sales/revenue operations, or business analytics within the high-tech industry
- Proven track record of leading sales/revenue operations teams and influencing sales strategy
- Expertise with Salesforce.com; experience with Clari and Tableau highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
- Intellectual curiosity with a drive for continuous improvement
