Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator to provide central support for the Director of Business Development and Sales Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Sales leaders and schedule meetings across the company
- Track deliverables of key team members and follow up on outstanding items, escalating issues as needed
- Review Salesforce Pipelines and summarize key activity for the Director of Sales
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B Sales experience or Sales support experience
- Proven ability to build and improve administrative systems
- Highly competent in using Excel, Salesforce, and ERP systems
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Self-starter comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
