Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to manage and expand relationships within high-value enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Own post-sale customer relationships and develop strategic account plans
- Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in collaboration with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise account management or strategic customer success experience
- Strong track record of growing large strategic accounts and expanding multi-million-dollar relationships
- Industry experience in real estate, financial services, or insurance is highly preferred
- Demonstrable track record closing $1M/year new logo SaaS contracts with Fortune 1000 accounts
- Technical proficiency with modern enterprise software productivity tools
