Key Responsibilities
- Manage case resolution related to user setup, data quality, and reporting
- Assist with system administration, including pricing updates and territory management in Salesforce
- Oversee lead management processes and serve as the point person for Salesvue management
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related administrative role
- Proficient in Salesforce for record navigation and report building
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation
- Knowledge of case management systems like Zendesk or Jira
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
