Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Sales Administration to manage daily operations and workflow while supervising sales support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of mid market internal sales, ensuring RFQs are handled according to service standards
- Supervise staff by conducting quality monitoring, providing feedback, and analyzing service issue trends
- Review tracking reports to assess staffing needs and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent supervisory experience
- Previous supervisory or senior/lead experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Sales Account Management
- Proficiency in sales applications such as FARE, SALSA, ABS, and SWP
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite
- Bilingual and Salesforce experience are a plus
