Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-QM Account Executive responsible for driving loan production and educating sales teams on Non-Qualified Mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source Non-QM products to increase loan production
• Educate Retail Loan Originators on Non-QM loan programs and guidelines
• Conduct sales calls, webinars, and meetings to enhance engagement and submissions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in wholesale mortgage sales, preferably with Non-QM products
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals
• NMLS license may be required depending on state regulations
• Strong understanding of Non-QM loan programs and related products
