Non-QM Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriter to analyze and underwrite residential mortgage loans outside traditional agency guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and underwrite Non-QM loans including various borrower profiles
• Analyze complex income documentation and evaluate loan eligibility
• Issue underwriting decisions and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• 3+ years of mortgage underwriting experience required
• Recent experience in Non-QM and wholesale underwriting required
• Knowledge of Non-QM, Jumbo, and residential loan products
• Proficiency with Encompass LOS and AUS systems preferred
