Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement and Medication-Related Services Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient outreach and manage inbound calls to engage patients in medication-related services
• Coordinate services based on the needs of contracted clients, including health plans and pharmacies
• Document communications and telecommute using secure access technology

Required Qualifications

• Current state-issued Pharmacy Technician registration, certification, or licensure
• National Certification (PTCB or NHA) is highly preferred
• 2+ years of community pharmacy experience is preferred
• Availability to work 40 hours a week within specified hours of operation
• Preferred experience with Medication Therapy Management programs
