Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Experience Specialist I to manage provider interactions and ensure efficient scheduling and data retrieval.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and resolve scheduling issues with provider offices
- Encourage medical providers to submit charts using various retrieval methods and respond to inquiries from provider offices
- Meet performance goals and adhere to company policies while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 6+ months of experience in scheduling or customer service is required
- 1 year of call center experience, preferably with outbound or sales calls
- Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications
