Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Experience Specialist I to manage provider interactions and ensure efficient scheduling and data retrieval.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and resolve scheduling issues with provider offices
  • Encourage medical providers to submit charts using various retrieval methods and respond to inquiries from provider offices
  • Meet performance goals and adhere to company policies while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • 6+ months of experience in scheduling or customer service is required
  • 1 year of call center experience, preferably with outbound or sales calls
  • Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications
