Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, responding to member and provider inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Review, verify, and process membership applications efficiently, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Maintain and update member information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across multiple client accounts
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 2-4 years of experience in health insurance processing, customer service, or a healthcare-related field
- Knowledge of healthcare medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
- Ability to clear a background check
