  • Review, verify, and process membership applications efficiently, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain and update member information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across multiple client accounts
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • 2-4 years of experience in health insurance processing, customer service, or a healthcare-related field
  • Knowledge of healthcare medical terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to clear a background check
