NY/NJ Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NP Licensed in NY or NJ for a Telephonic After Hours position, part-time and remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic care and direction to members and facility staff during after-hours
• Utilize EMR to deliver acute care and manage medical and behavioral conditions
• Coordinate care and monitor the needs of members while facilitating adjustments to care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active NP license in NY or NJ, free of any disciplinary actions
• National certification in Family, Geriatrics, Adult, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care
• Current active DEA licensure or ability to obtain post-hire
• Availability to work assigned weekends, weekdays, and holidays
