Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychosocial treatments and behavioral interventions for disorders common in the Medicaid population via evidence-based time-limited therapeutic relationships
• Provide direct telephonic and SMS-based outreach to individuals on Medicaid likely to benefit from behavioral health support
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to help patients receive comprehensive care

Required Qualifications

• Deep commitment to improving healthcare for underserved populations
• 2+ years post-Master's-degree experience delivering evidence-based psychosocial treatments
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
• Alignment with the company's core mission and values
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team setting
