Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Desktop Site Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot application, network, and hardware problems
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for mobile devices and assist with user rollouts
- Document and train users on common problems and solutions while maintaining the MDM system
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of computer hardware/software support experience with Mac and Windows Operating Systems
- Strong understanding of Google Sheets/Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of one or more Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
- Advanced technical and application troubleshooting abilities
