Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage customer onboarding processes and provide support in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customers' Getting Started Journey
- Conduct 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure understanding of learning content
- Assist customers in recognizing the value of their purchased platform(s)
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS CRM onboarding and training
- Ability to serve as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Technical proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new software products
- Experience in using Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data
